If you are planning to submit NPI reports, then you should apply for Coordinator access (not Reporter access). If you apply for Reporter access, then you will be able to login and assemble information but will not be able to certify or submit the report.
When relevant information has been entered, send the completed and signed access form to the relevant contact in your jurisdiction.
You can email the draft form to me for review and, if everything looks good, I can send it on to the relevant contact with a CC to you.
